The candidate will be responsible for counseling clients, assessing their eligibility, and guiding them through the immigration process while driving sales conversions and achieving monthly sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert consultation to clients for Canada PR (Express Entry, PNP) and Australia PR (SkillSelect, subclass visas)Assess client profiles and evaluate eligibility based on immigration criteriaSuggest the most suitable immigration pathwayHandle end-to-end client counseling from inquiry to onboardingMaintain high conversion rates from leads to enrollmentsBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsStay updated with the latest immigration laws, CRS score trends, and visa changesAchieve monthly sales/revenue targetsKey Skills & Requirements:In-depth knowledge of Canada and Australia PR processesStrong sales and counseling skillsExcellent communication and negotiation abilitiesTarget-driven with a proven track record of conversionsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsPreferred Qualifications:Minimum GraduationPrior experience in immigration consultancy firm
