If you thrive in high-velocity environments and love building brands from scratch, you’ll feel right at home here.About Role:We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who’s done the hard thing before, scaled a brand from 0 to 100K+ followers in under 6 months and knows how to mix storytelling, virality, creators, and data to drive explosive growth. This is a hands-on, builder role. You won’t just plan content — you’ll script it, shoot it, test it, break it, and scale what works. If you love building brands in public and moving at internet speed, this role is for you.What you'll do:Own and execute a full-funnel social media growth strategy across Instagram, YouTube & LinkedInCreate viral-first content: reels, shorts, memes, founder-led stories, education + infotainment, and trend hijacksLead end-to-end content production — ideation, scripting, shoot planning, directing founders/creators, and fast turnaroundsBuild monthly content calendars & campaigns aligned with launches, growth goals, and cultural momentsDevelop and manage a creator & influencer ecosystem for consistent UGC and collaborationsPartner closely with brand & performance marketing to align organic + paid growth strategiesTrack what matters: followers, reach, engagement, CTR, retention, watch time & content fatigueConstantly spot new trends, formats, hooks, and platforms to keep the brand relevant and ahead of the curveWho you are:4-7 years of hands-on social media experience with proven growth winsNon-negotiable: Scaled a brand from 0 → 100K+ followers in under 6 months (portfolio / case study required)Comfortable being on-ground — scripting, shooting, editing, and directing contentDeep understanding of Instagram algorithms, short-form video psychology, and internet
