We’re looking for a trainer who can make fitness practical, approachable, and effective for a wide range of individuals, including beginners.What You’ll DoDesign personalized workout programs for clients based on their goals and fitness levelsCreate detailed home workout plans with minimal or no equipmentCreate structured gym workout plans using machines, free weights, and functional exercisesGuide clients on proper exercise form, technique, and workout executionModify workout plans based on progress, limitations, injuries, or lifestyle needsProvide regular follow-ups, motivation, and accountabilityHelp clients stay consistent and confident in their fitness journeyWork closely with our team to ensure a great client experienceWhat We’re Looking ForCertified fitness trainer / personal trainerExperience in creating customized workout plansStrong understanding of fat loss, strength training, toning, mobility, and general fitnessAbility to work with clients across different fitness levelsClear communication and a supportive, motivating personalityComfortable guiding clients for both home-based and gym-based workoutsPrior coaching experience is preferredExperience working with diverse clients is a plusOnline coaching experience is a plusRole DetailsPosition: Fitness CoachWork Mode: Open to all - Remote / Hybrid / In-personCompensation: ₹4.2 LPALocation: Kirti Nagar, New Delhi
