Role: AVP, Cyber Security Awareness ProgramsLocation: BengaluruShift: EMEA overlap (12:30 PM / 1:30 PM IST start)Notice Period: 0-90 DaysWe are currently partnering with a leading global banking organization to hire an Assistant Vice President - Cyber Security Training & Awareness Specialist for their Global Cyber Security Centre of Excellence.This role will play a critical part in strengthening enterprise-wide cybersecurity posture by driving global awareness and training initiatives across regions including APAC, EMEA, US, and Japan.Role Overview:As part of the Global COE, you will work closely with international stakeholders to design, deliver, and scale cybersecurity awareness programs, ensuring alignment with global standards and evolving threat landscapes.Key Responsibilities:Drive execution of global Cyber Security Training & Awareness programsDesign and deliver engaging training content (eLearning, workshops, campaigns)Collaborate with global stakeholders across cybersecurity, technology, and L&D teamsDevelop dashboards and metrics to measure program effectivenessEnsure consistency in messaging and alignment across regionsContinuously enhance training impact using data-driven insightsIdeal Candidate Profile:6-10 years of experience in Cybersecurity, with 3-5 years in Training & AwarenessStrong exposure to frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, etc.Hands-on experience with tools like KnowBe4, Proofpoint, Articulate360, Microsoft Attack SimulationAbility to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into simple, engaging contentExperience working in global / matrix environments preferredStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsIf you are passionate about influencing human behaviour in cybersecurity and driving large-scale awareness initiatives, we would love to connect.In today’s world, the strongest firewall isn’t technology, it’s an aware and informed human.
