Job DescriptionMaximizing the effectiveness of the Engineering and Technology Department towards achieving organizational objectives by improving machine uptime, reliability, and speed through implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.Skills RequiredKey Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesTotal Productive Maintenance (TPM)Plan, schedule, execute, and monitor preventive maintenance programsEnsure healthy condition of all equipment, machinery, utilities, and assetsBreakdown analysis and downtime component trackingDevelop correction time reduction strategiesPredictive testing, inspection, and condition-based maintenanceRegular supervision of plant machinery and feedback collection from operators/production in-chargesPost-maintenance testing and proactive maintenanceMachine lifecycle understanding, trending, FMEACollaboration with innovation teams for design-out maintenanceEffective Resource, Manpower & Facility ManagementSkills RequiredStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsHands-on experience in preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenanceKnowledge of TPM, FMEA, and condition-based maintenanceVendor management and spare parts optimizationAbility to work under production pressure and align maintenance schedulesEducational QualificationsDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech - Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electronics & Electrical EngineeringExperience Level (If applicable)Approximately 3 to 5 yearsPreferably from a manufacturing environment
