GeM will not entertain any correspondence on this subject and decisions of GeM will be final in all matters.JOB DESCRIPTIONDesignation - Manager - Finance (Banking & Treasury)Level - E3Job Location - New DelhiType of Employment - Contractual under Project management unit (PMU) of GeM.JOB SPECIFICATIONROLE AND RESPONSIBILITYResponsible for managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, including product strategy development, customer insights/needs, and requirements definition.Partner with the other business leaders to define and drive substantial parts of the customer Partner with the other business leaders to define and drive substantial parts of the customer experience for the respective product modulesDefines the product roadmap, product metrics, conduct user interviews, work with MSP to prepare the Business requirement documents, writes the process requirement document & work with design team to build the design wireframes/working prototypesClosely works with support team to identify the issues faced by the users in the respective moduleEnsure ease of use of the platform and delivery of a high-class user experienceMaintain product and market knowledge. Analyze and keep abreast of market trends.Define metrics and KPIs to monitor performance, set goals and measure success of the reporting teamsAny other responsibility as assigned from time to timeKey Shared Accountabilities:Support in decision making and share ownership of the platform and its features and functionalityPartner closely with the BI and Analytics team to understand, track and optimize the experience for buyers and sellers based on dataJOB QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTSEXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSEssential – Minimum 6 years’ experience in product management and in design & execution of B2B/B2C products (platform) involving end-to-end product lifecycle management.Desirable – Development of software modules in the ecommerce space.EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in engineering/technology from a reputed institute or University or BCA and MCA from a reputed institute or University.GOOD TO HAVE SKILLSIndividual should have a unique blend of business judgment and technical comfortStrong people and relationship management and leadership skillsCapability to work in a fast-paced high growth environment.
