Role Overview The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) will undergo structured training across assigned functions to gain hands-on technical and operational exposure. The role aims to develop young engineering professionals who can effectively support daily activities, process improvements, and cross functional coordination within the department. Over the last 40 years, our consistently high quality, and our commitment to solving our customers’ unique process requirements has helped us build a solid reputation as a preferred supplier of process equipment.Role Location Anand, Gujarat Deliverables Assist in day-to-day departmental operations under the guidance of senior team members.Support in preparing reports, documentation, and data analysis relevant to departmental requirements. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth workflow. Participate in planning, monitoring, and execution of tasks related to projects or production activities. Learn and apply relevant tools, engineering concepts, and company processes. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, productivity, and cost efficiency. Ensure adherence to safety, quality standards, and company policies during all activities.Key Skills & CompetenciesGood analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic engineering tools/software.Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills. Ability to adapt, follow instructions, and work in a team environment.Non-negotiables Diploma /B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical with no backlogs throughout the courseStrong academic background and willingness to learn.
