Our mission is to deliver high‑quality, efficient, and reliable accounting solutions through a skilled offshore team.We are seeking an experienced Accounting Team Lead with strong expertise in Australian accounting standards and team management.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Onboarding & Workflow HandoverClient Relationship ManagementTeam Leadership & DevelopmentOperational & Technical OversightSoftware Expertise such as- Xero, MYOB, NetSuite, QuickBooks OnlineAdhere to ISO‑aligned operational policiesIssue ResolutionRequirementsMinimum 4+ years of experience in Australian accounting.At least 2 years in a team leadership or supervisory role, preferably within a KPO/BPO environment.Education & Certifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance.Professional qualifications preferred: CA / CS / ACCA (Inter or Qualified).Proficiency in Australian accounting software: Xero, MYOB, NetSuite, QBO.Strong understanding of Australian BAS, GST, Payroll, and bookkeeping processes.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Strong leadership, people‑management, and team‑building abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.Benefits5‑day work weekFamily medical insuranceAttractive compensation packageDynamic and collaborative work environmentOpportunities for professional growth
