The ideal candidate will haveexperience in capital markets, wealth management, or BFSI domains, with expertise in Figma, Zeplin, anddesigning for both mobile and web platforms. You will drive user-centered design, conduct research, andcollaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative, intuitive experiences for our Dhanushapplication.Role Responsibilities:Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions.Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for productdirection, visuals, and experience.Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences for mobile apps and web platforms using tools likeFigma and Zeplin.Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and design systems aligned with fintech bestpractices.Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible and maintain design consistency acrossproducts.Analyze user data and feedback to continuously improve UI/UX in capital markets and wealthmanagement applications.Eligibility Criteria:3 to 5 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.Domain experience in capital markets, wealth management, or BFSI sectors.Proficiency in design tools including Figma, Zeplin, and similar platforms.Proven experience designing for both mobile and web applications.Strong skills in user research, usability testing, wireframing, and prototyping.Ability to collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders in a fast-paced fintech environment.Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a user-centric mindset.Prior exposure to fintech projects, such as trading platforms or investment apps, is preferred.
