We’re hiring an experienced SAP HR Consultant with strong expertise across Payroll and/or Time Management to join a leading global HR solutions environment.This is a high-impact role where you’ll work across international clients, driving process optimisation, system design, and delivery of SAP HR solutions in complex landscapes.The RoleYou’ll operate as a functional expert across SAP HR, partnering with clients to analyse, design, and deliver scalable HR solutions.Key responsibilities:Analyse and optimise client HR and payroll processes across multiple countriesGather and translate business requirements into functional solutionsDesign and configure SAP HR (Payroll, Time, schemas, pre/post payroll)Lead solution design, prototyping, and client presentationsSupport full lifecycle delivery: configuration, testing, deploymentResolve complex functional and legislative issues across different regionsAct as a subject matter expert within SAP HRSupport stakeholders and provide ongoing system guidanceContribute to pre-sales and solution strategyWhat We’re Looking ForStrong experience in SAP HR (Payroll and/or Time Management)Polish payroll experienceSolid understanding of schemas, configuration, and end-to-end payroll processesExperience working in multi-country / global environmentsAbility to translate business requirements into functional solutionsStrong stakeholder management and client-facing experienceExperience working with SLAs and service delivery modelsComfortable working independently and within distributed teamsAdditional RequirementsStrong communication skills (English required)Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilityExperience mentoring or supporting junior team members is a plusWillingness to travel when required
