Job Description

The Finance Analyst will help the company in leading and overseeing various financial planning processes, including annual, quarterly, and monthly planning activities. This role will involve creating, reviewing, and presenting financial projections, strategic initiatives, and opportunities aimed at enhancing our financial performance. The Finance Analyst will develop financial models, provide analytical support, and offer valuable insights into the growth drivers of our business. ResponsibilitiesPlanningLead and oversee the preparation of annual, quarterly, and monthly planning processes.Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for accurate financial planning and reporting.ForecastingForecast income statements, balance sheets, cash flows, and other financial metrics.Utilize historical data, market trends, and business insights to develop accurate forecasts.Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust models as necessary to reflect changing market conditions.AnalysisDevelop and oversee financial templates and presentations for organizational use, supporting the review of the annual operating plan and strategic plan.Develop and oversee financial models to analyze business performance and growth drivers.Support ad hoc reporting and analysis needs as they arise.Risk ManagementHelp implement a strong financial risk identification and mitigation process.Identify potential risks and recommend strategies to mitigate them.Banking and TreasurySupport the global cash flow while maintaining an appropriate cash situation at the regional level.Citing treasury experienceAcademic & Formal QualificationsBachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration or related field required or equivalent experienceCPA or other finance-related certification demonstrating mastery of accounting, e.g. CMA, CAWork Experience & SkillsAt least 5 years’ experience in managing the accounting activities of a multi-entity/location setup.Exposure to SAP or similar ERP。
