(part of Havas Group), we don’t just create events — we build stories people remember.We’re looking for a Content Lead who can turn ideas into powerful narratives, lead a team, and bring brand experiences to life through words.What you’ll do: • Lead and mentor a team of copywriters • Craft compelling storylines, scripts, and pitch narratives • Drive content strategy for experiential campaigns, corporate events & brand activations • Translate client briefs into engaging, idea-led communication • Collaborate with design, strategy & client teams to create cohesive experiences • Define brand voice, tonality, and messaging frameworks • Present ideas that win pitches and impress clientsYou’ll be a great fit if you:• Have 8–10 years of experience in content/copy (events, experiential preferred) • Have prior experience in handling or mentoring a team • Think in ideas, not just words • Can write for everything — from PPT decks to stage scripts to social media • Are confident presenting your ideas to clients • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy agency environment
