Join us in shaping a nutritious and sustainable future.Role OverviewThe Marketing Manager will lead the end-to-end marketing function, owning strategy, execution, and performance across D2C, digital, and brand channels. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building a strong and consistent brand presence, and optimizing the customer journey across all touchpoints.As the central point of coordination across teams, the Marketing Manager will ensure seamless execution of campaigns, align marketing initiatives with business objectives, and deliver measurable outcomes. The role also involves leading and mentoring a cross-functional team across design, performance, influencer marketing, and CRM to execute high-impact, data-driven marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & PlanningDevelop and execute 360° marketing strategies aligned with business goalsPlan monthly and quarterly campaigns across digital, performance, and brand channelsIdentify growth opportunities across D2C, marketplaces, and offline touchpoints2. Campaign ManagementLead end-to-end campaign execution from concept to deliveryCollaborate with design, influencer, and performance teams for seamless rolloutsEnsure timely delivery of campaigns across platforms (website, social media, ads, marketplaces)3. Team Leadership & ManagementManage and mentor a cross-functional marketing teamAllocate tasks, set KPIs, and ensure smooth workflow across functionsReview outputs and maintain quality consistency across all marketing deliverables4. Brand & Creative DirectionOversee brand positioning, communication, and visual identityWork closely with the design team on packaging, creatives, and campaign visualsEnsure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand storytelling5. Performance & Growth MarketingWork with performance marketing to optimize campaigns for ROI and conversionsAnalyze campaign performance and derive actionable insightsDrive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies6. Influencer & PartnershipsGuide influencer marketing strategy and collaborationsIdentify relevant partnerships to expand brand reach and credibilityOversee campaign briefs, messaging, and execution7. CRM & Customer ExperienceOversee CRM strategy including customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketingEnsure smooth handling of customer queries and feedback loopsImprove customer experience across all touchpoints8.
