Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business requirements related to GRC processes. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and architects for implementation. Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules. Perform gap analysis and recommend improvements. Conduct workshops and stakeholder discussions. Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and standards. Support testing, UAT, and deployment activities. Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvements. Required Skills Strong experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules. Hands-on experience in business analysis and requirement gathering. Good understanding of risk, compliance, and audit processes. Experience in creating BRDs, FRDs, and user stories. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-GRC/IRM). Experience with integrations and workflows. Exposure to regulatory frameworks like SOX, ISO 27001, GDPR. Soft Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
