Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Structural Engineer, located in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The Civil Structural Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing structural and civil engineering projects. Day-to-day tasks include creating structural designs, analyzing load calculations, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating with architects and construction teams, and managing project timelines. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective project delivery. Qualifications Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and Structural EngineeringStrong skills in Structural Analysis and Civil Engineering principlesExperience in Project Management and the ability to lead teams and manage project timelinesKnowledge of relevant building codes, safety standards, and industry best practicesProficiency in structural engineering software and toolsBachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related fieldExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsPrevious experience in the construction industry and familiarity with Indian regulations is a plus
