You'll be responsible for delivering 50–200+ teacher joins per month through repeatable, data-driven processes while maintaining the quality standards that power our 4.9/5 rating. This is an operational leadership role with direct ownership over the entire hiring funnel—from sourcing strategy to onboarding coordination.
