You'll be responsible for delivering 50–200+ teacher joins per month through repeatable, data-driven processes while maintaining the quality standards that power our 4.9/5 rating. This is an operational leadership role with direct ownership over the entire hiring funnel—from sourcing strategy to onboarding coordination. If you thrive on hitting ambitious targets, obsess over daily metrics, and want to build scalable hiring systems that fuel global growth, this role is for you.Core Responsibilities:Own end-to-end bulk hiring for teachers Deliver monthly hiring targets (50–200+ joins/month) with clear weekly and daily plansBuild and scale in-house hiring channels (job portals, referrals, communities, direct sourcing)Design and run simple, repeatable screening processes (script-based where applicable)Manage and coordinate interviewers, screeners, trainers, and onboarding teamsCreate, track, and review daily hiring dashboardsIdentify bottlenecks and continuously improve hiring speed and qualityHiring Metrics & KPIs (Owned Daily):Applications received vs connectsConnect-to-interview conversionInterview-to-offer conversionOffer-to-join ratioTime-to-hire (48–72 hrs target)Monthly joins vs target30/60/90-day retention% hiring via internal channels vs agenciesRequired Experience & Skills:4–6 years of experience in bulk / volume hiringProven track record of 100s of hires per monthStrong execution mindset with comfort in daily numbers and dashboardsExperience working with ATS, Google Sheets/Excel, and hiring trackersAbility to work in fast-paced, target-driven environmentsStrong stakeholder and team coordination skillsPreferred Background:Edtech, hypergrowth startupExperience hiring frontline, teaching, training, or customer-facing rolesExposure to referral-driven and community-based hiring modelsWhy Join Us:Opportunity to own and build a high-impact hiring engineDirect business visibility and decision-making ownershipPerformance-linked incentives tied to real outcomesPerks:First-hand experience in scaling an international education business.Exposure to International teacher management on a global scale.
