Rooftop & Solar Park DesignerAre you passionate about renewable energy and solar design? We are looking for a skilled Rooftop & Solar Park Designer to join our team and contribute to building efficient, sustainable solar solutions across residential, commercial, and utility-scale projects.Role OverviewYou will be responsible for designing and optimizing solar PV systems, conducting site assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solar projects.Key ResponsibilitiesRooftop Solar Design:Conduct site surveys to evaluate roof structure, orientation, and shadingDesign efficient rooftop PV layouts considering safety and load capacityPrepare electrical single-line diagrams and wiring layoutsEnsure compliance with building codes, fire safety, and net-metering regulationsCoordinate with customers, installers, and utility providersOptimize system size based on energy requirements and available spaceSolar Park (Utility-Scale) Design:Perform land feasibility studies (topography, soil, environmental impact)Design ground-mounted PV layouts with optimal tilt and spacingConduct energy yield analysis using tools like PVsyst/HelioscopePrepare grid integration studies, substation layouts, and transmission plansEnsure compliance with renewable energy standards and IEC guidelinesCollaborate with EPC teams, civil engineers, and consultantsAdditional RequirementsExperience in Balance of Materials (BOM) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ)Willingness to travel across India for site visitsSkills RequiredStrong understanding of solar PV systems and grid-connected solutionsProficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, GIS toolsKnowledge of electrical engineering and grid codesFamiliarity with regulatory and environmental frameworksGood project management and stakeholder communication skillsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fieldRelevant certifications in solar design or project management are a plusPlease write to to get connected!
