This position partners with sourcing leaders to define priorities, lead cross-functional projects & deliver outcomes aligned with Org. goalsWhat you’ll doEstablish Governance and PMO support for key initiativesProvide centralized support to SBUs on horizontal initiatives, enabling standardization while preserving speed, flexibility, and execution ownership at the SBU level.Support the development & standardization of the templates/ modelsProvide centralized analytical, governance, and mitigation support to GM/Fashion and Sam’s sourcing leaders during periods of geopolitical risk and supply chain disruption.Act as PMO for the design, rollout, and adoption of Technology and AI initiatives across GM and Fashion SBUs, working closely with Tech teams to ensure business alignment and timely inputs.Lead Special projects (within or across SBUs)Lead and drive specific cross SBU and SBU initiatives with cross functional leadersAct as a representative for GM and Fashion in broader corporate strategic workstreams/projectsData Analytics and Presentation supportDevelop high-impact executive presentations, narratives, and decision materials that synthesize data, insights, and trade-offs to support senior leadership decision-making.Deliver ad hoc data needs, operational insights, and problem-solving support to SBU leaders as business needs arise.Support the development & standardization of the templates/ models and perform regular or ad hoc business analysis and reportingDelivery Quarterly/Bi-annual Supplier Scorecards and facilitate preparation for T2T meetingsWhat you’ll bringMaster’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).8+ years of progressive experience in complex, cross‑functional program executionDemonstrated leadership managing complex projects in fast-paced, matrixed environmentsProven leadership in working with cross-functional teams and strategic initiativesDeep expertise in building data models , big data and strategic sourcing.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in AI-driven models and enterprise systems.Strategic orientation and ability to craft compelling narratives ,storytelling for business partners. Strong Stakeholder managementStrong AI and technology orientation, with advanced digital analytical skills.Certification: PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum, Six Sigma, or equivalent.
