Managed vendor relationships and procurement processes to support uninterrupted retreat operations.Ensured strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards across all areas of the facility. Collaborated closely with marketing and sales teams to support retreat bookings, promotions, and overall business growth.Required Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field5-8 years of experience in hospitality operations, preferably in wellness retreats, boutique hotels, or resortsStrong understanding of wellness and holistic health practicesProven leadership and team management capabilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience managing P&L and operational budgetsAbility to work in a residential setting in a semi-rural locationPassion for wellness, sustainability, and guest-centric serviceProficiency in hotel management software and MS OfficePreferred Qualifications:Experience in yoga retreats, meditation centers, or wellness resortsKnowledge of Ayurveda, naturopathy, or holistic wellness practicesCertification in hospitality or wellness management
