Concept DevelopmentGenerate clear, engaging, and visually impactful concepts based on communication briefsTranslate business and HR messaging into compelling visual narrativesPresent design ideas and rationale to stakeholders confidently.4. Collaboration and CoordinationWork closely with HR, Corporate Communications, Marketing, Leadership, and cross-functional teamsCoordinate with animators, vendors, project managers, and other designersIncorporate feedback efficiently and iterate designs with speed and precision.5. Production and FeasibilityCreate production-ready design assets for digital and printUnderstand technical constraints and ensure designs are implementation-readyDeliver high-quality outputs within defined timelines.6.
