Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru South for an Assistant Sales Manager. The Assistant Sales Manager will oversee and support daily sales operations, build and maintain relationships with clients, and ensure exceptional service is provided at every stage of the sales process. Responsibilities include generating leads, managing client portfolios, coordinating site visits, assisting in negotiations, and providing post-sale support. Additionally, the role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and deal closures. QualificationsStrong sales and relationship management skills to build trust and rapport with clients.Proficiency in communication and negotiation to effectively manage client interactions and close deals.Knowledge of market research, planning, and property marketing strategies.Analytical and problem-solving skills to provide tailored customer solutions and address issues efficiently.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with external stakeholders such as banks and legal entities.Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus, but not mandatory.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields preferred.Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
