Candidates, please click in below link and apply to get further communication on your application.Title - Service Level Manager Primary Skills - ITSM ticketing tools i.e ServiceNow, Cherwell, Symphony Summit etc.Experience - 5 to 8 yrsLocation - Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad/CoimbatoreNotice Period - Immediate to 30 daysRoles and ResponsibilitiesNegotiate and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and facilitate teams to meet targetsEnsuring that all SLAs, Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) and Underpinning Contracts (UC) are appropriate for the agreed service level targetsProvide monthly SLA performance reports (Critical Service Levels, Key Measurements and Critical Deliverables)Provide input for SLA changes and modifications, participate in negotiating changes to service levelsDevelop and coordinate SLA’s with internal and external customersCollect subjective customer satisfaction feedback to determine if SLAs accurately measure serviceAuthorize additions, revisions or retirement of services in the service catalogIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement by interacting with various teams and recommend improvements for service level managementJob DescriptionMinimum 5 years of relevant experience working as service level managerShould possess good understanding of ITIL® V3 OR ITIL4 service lifecycle modulesShould have strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skillsLead role while acting as a liaison with internal/external customersSkills RequiredStrong IT service management skillsShould have exposure to ITSM ticketing tools i.e ServiceNow, Cherwell, Symphony Summit etc.Good interpersonal, organization and customer services skillsExperience of working within service level management process in a demanding and complex environment.
