Role Description Brand: Munns & Mars – Shapewear & IntimatewearLocation: Surat / full time / onsite If you’ve grown GMV, not just managed dashboards, read on.If you’ve only uploaded catalogs and waited for ads to work — stop here.Munns & Mars is hiring a marketplace operator who knows how to push numbers, crack algorithms, and convert traffic into sales.⸻What You Will OWN (Not “Support”) • End-to-end sales growth on Amazon, Flipkart & AJIO and other market places • Catalog optimisation that actually converts (titles, keywords, images, A+ content) • Ranking & visibility improvement using data, not guesswork • Pricing, discounting & offer strategy to win Buy Box & sales velocity • Inventory planning to avoid OOS, dead stock & suppressed listings • Daily tracking of GMV, ROAS, CVR, returns & contribution margin • Coordination with ads team to turn spend into profit • Fixing low-performing SKUs instead of hiding them⸻What We’re Looking For (Be Honest) • 4–6 years of hardcore marketplace experience • Proven record of increasing sales / GMV (numbers matter) • Strong command over Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub & AJIO • Deep understanding of cataloging, keywords, ranking & promotions • Sharp with data, ruthless with underperforming SKUs • Someone who treats targets as non-negotiable⸻This Role Is NOT For You If • You’ve never owned a revenue target • You blame algorithms instead of fixing listings • You think “reporting” equals performance
