Designation: Workday ConsultantExp: 8 - 15 YearsLocation: BangaloreWork Mode: Hybrid (4 days Office)ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday solutions while ensuring alignment with business requirements and delivering high-quality outcomes.Workday implementation and/or support across modulesGather requirements, design, prototype, and test solutions based on customer needsConfigure Workday system as per business requirementsManage customer expectations through effective communication and presentationApply Workday implementation methodology across projectsMaintain strong understanding of Workday business processesUtilize Workday tools like EIBs, Advanced Loads, migration recipes, and configuration packagesSupport Workday releases and analyze impact of feature updatesResolve incidents, manage cases, and provide production/warranty supportPrepare end-user documentation and training materialsWork within SDLC and Agile methodologiesRequirementsMust be certified or experienced in Workday modules (Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Time Tracking, Learning, Recruiting)Minimum 4–5 years of Workday Implementation and/or Support experienceHands-on experience in Workday configuration (MANDATORY)Strong functional knowledge of Workday business processesKnowledge of Workday tools (EIBs, Advanced Loads, migration recipes, configuration packages, etc.)Basic understanding of Workday SecurityStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to analyze and adapt to Workday release updatesExperience in incident management and production supportUnderstanding of SDLC and Agile methodologiesNice to HaveSelf-motivated with the ability to learn quickly through research and self-trainingExcellent English verbal and written communication skills
