We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting and taxation, be a Commerce graduate (English-medium preferred), and possess working knowledge of Tally ERP 9. A CA Semi Finalist/ Inter CA with strong fundamentals in accounting and compliance will be given preference.Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesRecord day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP 9.Prepare and reconcile GST and TDS workings.Apply TDS provisions wherever applicable.Process vendor payments and manage vendor reconciliations.Perform regular bank reconciliations.Issue invoices to clients and ensure timely follow-up on payments.Reconcile payment gateway transactions (Razorpay, PayU, etc.).Assist with inventory management and reporting.Support the preparation of basic financial statements.Coordinate with internal teams to collect and validate finance-related data.Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in Commerce ( or equivalent) – English medium preferred.Working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 is a must.Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and related compliance.Familiarity with banking procedures and vendor management.Comfortable using MS Office (especially Excel).Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.Basic communication skills – ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.Ability to work independently as well as within a team.CA dropout candidates will be preferred.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.Hands-on exposure to end-to-end finance operations.Collaborative and supportive work culture.
