Athlete Performance Outcomes· Improvement in athlete performance (timings, scores, rankings)· Number of athletes achieving podium finishes/medals· Selection of athletes in district/state/national teams2. Training Effectiveness· Achievement of planned training targets and milestones· Quality and consistency of training sessions conducted· Athlete skill development as per periodic assessments3. Athlete Attendance & Retention· Athlete attendance percentage in training sessions· Retention rate of athletes in the program· Engagement and satisfaction levels of trainees4. Competition Performance· Performance of athletes in competitions vs targets set· Improvement in win/loss ratio or rankings over time· Readiness and preparedness of athletes during events5. Discipline & Professional Conduct· Maintaining discipline during training sessions· Punctuality and adherence to schedules· Coordination with management and other staff6. Reporting & Documentation· Timely submission of training plans and reports· Maintenance of athlete performance data and records· Feedback reports and progress tracking7. Contribution to Academy Growth· Participation in events, trials, and talent identification· Contribution to increasing athlete enrolmentSupport in academy promotions, camps, and outreach programsEducational Qualification· Bachelor’s degree in physical education (B.P.Ed) or equivalentProfessional Certification· Diploma in Coaching from Netaji Subhas National Institute of Sports (NSNIS Patiala) or its regional centres· Sport-specific certification from recognised federationsSports Background· Participation at state/national level (preferred)· Strong practical knowledge of the respective sportExperience· Prior coaching or playing experience (1–3 years minimum)· Experience in academies, schools, or clubs is an added advantageAdditional Requirements· Basic knowledge of fitness training and injury prevention· Good communication and athlete management skillsFirst aid/CPR certification (preferred)
