Role Overview:We are looking for a Business Development Executive with a hospitality background to drive partnerships and sales across hotels, restaurants, cafés, and premium hospitality spaces. The role involves leveraging industry connections to position Bentchair as a preferred partner for furniture, décor, and design solutions.Key Responsibilities:• Identify and develop business opportunities within hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafés, and hospitality chains• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, F&B heads, procurement teams, and designers• Pitch Bentchair’s premium furniture and décor solutions for new and ongoing hospitality projects• Generate and manage a strong pipeline of hospitality leads and projects• Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure• Coordinate with design and production teams for customized solutions and project execution• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations• Work on bulk orders, project-based sales, and repeat business opportunities• Maintain regular updates of leads, meetings, and conversions in CRM• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
