We have been a trusted partner to global enterprises such as Applied Materials, Exxon Mobil, Flextronics, Nestle, Unilever, Whirlpool, and many others.Required Skills10+ years (Min. 5 years in SAP IBP)Lead full-cycle SAP IBP implementations (min. 2 E2E projects required).Experience in leading IBP transformations projectAbout the RoleDesign & configure IBP modules: Supply Time series/ Response & Supply (OBP)/ Inventory optimizationRun client workshops, drive UAT, and deliver user training.Build planning areas, key figures, planning views & S&OP processes.Guide statistical forecasting, segmentation & driver-based planning.Collaborate with Sales/Delivery teams and help build IBP assets & accelerators.Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability building.Strong communication, stakeholder engagement & workshop facilitation skills.QualificationsEngineering graduate; BE/MBA/M.Tech/MS in Operations/Supply Chain preferred.We are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
