They bridge production and procurement, sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, managing supplier quality, and ensuring timely delivery of materials while maintaining compliance with company standards.Scope of MaterialsMechanical parts including sheet metal, fabricated parts, fasteners, suspension, and chassis componentsKey ResponsibilitiesConvert PR to PO in ERP systemEnsure timely release of purchase ordersFollow up with suppliers for on-time deliveryTrack open POs and expedite pending materialsCoordinate with planning, stores, and productionHandle GRN and documentationResolve invoice and quantity mismatchesMaintain MIS and purchase recordsMonitor delivery schedules and lead timesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer - B.
