The role requires strong leadership, process orientation, and the ability to drive efficiency, compliance, and scalability across functions.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of the subsidiary divisionEnsure smooth execution of processes and service deliveryLead, mentor, and manage a team of 5–6 membersSet performance goals and monitor team productivityBuild a high-performance and accountable team cultureImprove turnaround time (TAT) and operational efficiencyCollaborate with internal teams (Finance, Sales, Leadership)Act as a bridge between subsidiary operations and corporate leadershipProvide regular MIS reports and operational insightsTrack KPIs, SLAs, and operational metricsPrepare dashboards and reports for management reviewKey RequirementsExperience5–12 years of experience in operations managementPrior experience in financial services / NBFC / investment firm preferredExperience managing small-to-mid sized teamsStrong process and operations management skillsLeadership and team handling capability
