The role involves assisting in tax advisory assignments, M&A Advisory, corporate restructuring processes, and conducting detailed regulatory compliance work. The candidate will also assist in financial and business analysis, prepare financial reports, and conduct research to support the decision-making process for diverse client needs. Collaborating with team members and contributing to ongoing projects ensures a hands-on experience in a dynamic, client-focused environment.QualificationsBasic Knowledge of Tax laws Proficiency in the use of AI tools like Chat GPT, Claude in finance domain and have a knack to leverage these tools for tax and financial advisory.Strong attention to detail for preparing financial reports and auditing tasks.Proficiency in research and analysis to interpret complex tax and regulatory frameworks.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a professional environment.Enrollment in a Chartered Accountancy program or similar professional qualification will be considered an advantage.
