The ideal candidate understands enterprise technology services marketing and has experience building marketing programs that support brand building, lead generation, and enterprise sales engagement. Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Positioning & MessagingDefine and refine the company’s market positioning and messaging across enterprise technology services.Develop industry-focused narratives and targeted messaging for Healthcare, Banking, and Insurance sectors.Clearly articulate the company’s capabilities in AI-enabled solutions, digital platforms, and custom software engineering.Enterprise Marketing AssetsLead the development of executive presentations, capability decks, solution narratives, and marketing collateral.Create case studies, client success stories, and thought leadership content that demonstrate business impact.Work with delivery and technology leaders to translate technical capabilities into clear business value propositions.Brand & Digital PresenceElevate the company’s website, brand communication, and digital presence to reflect enterprise-grade positioning.Ensure consistency and clarity of brand messaging across all external channels.Sales EnablementPartner with sales leaders to develop targeted messaging and marketing support for key accounts and strategic deals.Create custom marketing narratives and presentations for enterprise pursuits and client engagements.Lead Generation & Demand CreationDevelop and support targeted marketing initiatives to generate qualified leads and support pipeline growth.Work with sales teams to identify priority markets, accounts, and buyer personas and develop campaigns aligned with them.Industry Events & Trade ShowsPlan and support participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and technology events in India and the US.Develop event messaging, marketing collateral, and post-event follow-up strategies to maximize brand visibility and lead generation.Coordinate with sales teams to leverage events for customer engagement and new business opportunities.Industry & Analyst EngagementBuild relationships with industry associations, technology communities, and analyst networks where relevant.Support initiatives that strengthen the company’s industry credibility and visibility.Leadership & Marketing ExecutionBring prior experience leading marketing initiatives, campaigns, or small teams within technology organizations.Guide internal teams and external partners (designers, agencies, content creators) to deliver high-quality marketing output.Drive marketing programs that enhance brand credibility with enterprise customers.Thought Leadership & VisibilityStrengthen the company’s LinkedIn presence and executive visibility.Promote insights around AI, digital transformation, and industry innovation through structured campaigns and content.What We Are Looking For10–15 years of marketing experience in IT services, technology consulting, or enterprise technology companiesPrior experience leading marketing initiatives, campaigns, or small marketing teamsStrong expertise in enterprise technology messaging and solution marketingExperience supporting enterprise sales through marketing collateral and strategic messagingExperience managing industry events, trade shows, and marketing campaignsExposure to lead generation and demand creation programsAbility to collaborate effectively with senior leadership, sales teams, and technical architectsExceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation development skillsStrong understanding of enterprise technology trends such as AI, cloud, digital transformation, and data
