We are a young E-commerce business and we are looking for a Customer Sales & Support Associate to manage all our sales & support conversation across various platforms including social media & Whatsapp. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a company that is on a rapid growth trajectory. The role will report directly to the co-founders.ResponsibilitiesRespond to all incoming enquiries on Social Media and other chat based business platforms such as WhatsappRespond to all incoming voice based sales & support enquiriesHave a sales mindset- approach each customer conversation with the intent to closeAccomplish outbound sales calls for each day and meet sales targets Ensure all customer support and service requests are addressed in a timely mannerRespond via email for all customer exchange & return requestsQualificationsMinimum of 1-2 years relevant experienceSelf motivated and an inclination to work independentlyPrior experience in customer support/ chat supportFluency in Microsoft Office suite ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Bachelors DegreeRemunerationAs per Industry standards.
