Learn more about us at About the RoleWaterScience is looking for a performance-driven Senior Video & Motion Graphics Editor to lead our video content across ads, social media, and marketplaces. You’ll own end-to-end production, from concept to final output, while working closely with marketing to create conversion-focused creatives. This is a performance-driven role where you’ll shape creative strategy, bring ideas, and ensure content delivers results. Strong hands-on skills in editing, shooting, lighting, and managing fast-paced content are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end video production – concept, shoot, edit, and final deliveryCreate & edit high-performing video ads and reels focused on conversionsDevelop motion graphics, animations, and strong visual storytellingWork with marketing to build creative strategy, hooks, and campaign ideasManage multiple projects with fast turnaround and consistent qualityIdeal Candidate Profile5–7 years total experience, with minimum 3 years in a creative agencyStrong in video editing and motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro)Solid camera and shooting skills (framing, lighting etc) – mandatoryDeep understanding of performance creatives (hooks, retention, scroll-stopping content)Can contribute to creative strategy and basic art directionExperience with consumer/D2C brands preferredGood to HaveExperience in water purifiers, home appliances, or wellness productsIf this interests you, share your CV at !
