Role: Delivery Leader – Healthcare Location: Bangalore/Hyd/Pune (with global responsibilities) Experience: 20+ Years About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned leader to head the Healthcare business for a global technology/services organization. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding client relationships, and building a differentiated healthcare portfolio across payer, provider, and life sciences segments.The ideal candidate will combine strong business development capabilities with deep domain expertise and the ability to lead large, cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth & P&L OwnershipOwn and drive the Healthcare business unit with full P&L responsibilityDefine and execute growth strategy across payer, provider, and life sciences segmentsBuild and scale a strong pipeline of new business opportunitiesDrive revenue growth through both existing accounts and new logosClient Engagement & Account ExpansionBuild and nurture CXO-level relationships across key healthcare clientsIdentify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell across servicesLead strategic discussions and position value-driven solutionsMarket Strategy & PositioningDefine go-to-market (GTM) strategy for healthcare verticalIdentify emerging trends (digital health, data, AI, interoperability, etc.) and align offeringsWork closely with alliances and partners to strengthen market presenceDelivery & Execution OversightEnsure successful delivery across programs with high client satisfactionEstablish governance frameworks, KPIs, and performance trackingCollaborate with delivery leaders to ensure quality and scalabilityLeadership & Team BuildingBuild, mentor, and scale high-performing sales and delivery teamsFoster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaborationDrive talent strategy for the healthcare verticalKey Requirements20+ years of experience in Healthcare / Life Sciences domain within IT services / consulting organizationsProven track record of driving large deals and managing multi-million-dollar portfoliosStrong understanding of payer, provider, and/or life sciences ecosystemsExperience managing global clients (US/Europe markets preferred)Demonstrated leadership in managing large teams and complex engagementsStrong executive presence with ability to engage and influence senior stakeholdersPreferred ExperienceExposure to digital transformation initiatives (Cloud, Data, AI, Analytics)Experience working with global healthcare clients or GCCsPrior experience in a leadership role owning business growthWhy This RoleOpportunity to lead and scale a high-impact healthcare businessHigh visibility with senior leadership and global stakeholdersSignificant ownership in shaping growth strategy
