About the Role:We are looking for a results-driven and fast-learning Sales Engineer to join Fudar Alloy's global team and drive business development in the North India market.You will focus on promoting high-quality silver-based / silver-alloy electrical contact materials and components to the low & medium voltage electrical industry (e.g., L&T, Havells, Schneider, ABB, Siemens, etc.) and build long-term partnerships with key customers.Company website:Location: Remote (Home Office) – based in Delhi NCR, Noida, Gurgaon, or Faridabad preferred – with regional travelKey Responsibilities:Execute company sales strategy, focusing on customers in the electrical switchgear manufacturing and supporting industriesPromote products including silver contacts, silver-alloy contact bridges, silver-based conductive components, and electrical contact materialsUnderstand customer application needs in circuit breakers, contactors, switchgear, and provide technical support and product selection recommendationsCollect and feed back regional market intelligence and customer needs; support opportunity identification and drive sales projects from lead to order closureWork closely with internal technical and production teams to ensure timely response to customer requirementsParticipate in customer negotiations, technical exchanges, and contract follow-up to achieve sales targetsQualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Metallurgy, Electronics, or related fields (preferred)Experience:3–5 years of B2B industrial sales experienceAt least 2 years of experience in one of the following industries:Low & Medium Voltage Electrical Industry (e.g., sales of switchgear, circuit breakers, contactors, relays – either complete products or supporting components)Electrical Alloy / Metal Materials Industry (e.g., sales of silver-alloy, copper, nickel – electrical contact materials or conductive components)Customer Network (preferred, not mandatory):Familiar with the switchgear/low-voltage electrical customer base in the Delhi NCR regionExisting relationships with L&T, Havells, Schneider, ABB, Siemens, C&S Electric, etc., are a plusCompetencies:English proficiency as a working language (written and verbal)Strong technical understanding, communication & coordination skills, and result-oriented mindsetAbility to work independently and travel within the region as neededWe Offer:Annual Salary Package: ₹1,200,000 – ₹1,800,000Performance Commission: Attractive commission structure tied to individual performanceInternational Platform: Join a global leader in electrical contact materials and gain exposure to world-class technology and markets
