The ideal candidate should possess solid experience in Linux server administration and cloud infrastructure support.Key Skills & Requirements:• Experience in Server Management Administration (Linux)• Hands-on experience in physical/virtual server installation, maintenance, and decommissioning• Strong expertise in Linux OS operations• Knowledge of hypervisor technologies (XEN & VMware)• Good working knowledge of LVM, DNS, LDAP, and IPTables• Strong troubleshooting skills in server-down scenarios• Experience in physical server management• Hands-on experience with at least two cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP) — Mandatory• Hands-on experience with Pacemaker Cluster (Mandatory for L3 resources)• Exposure to central infrastructure services such as:Security Groups, RPM, Rsync, Mail, Active Directory, Chef Automation, Nagios, Repository Management & Monitoring• Ability to provide knowledge transfer to 2nd level technical support teamsRoles & Responsibilities:• Provide 3rd Level Technical Support aligned with customer SLAs• Perform daily compute operations (Events, Incidents, SR, CR, RCA) following ITIL processes• Server installation, monitoring, maintenance, decommissioning, and advanced configurations• Perform storage operations using NetApp-NFS• Manage package repositories and OS image maintenance• Administer Azure Active Directory (AAD)• Configure Virtual Networks (VNets), subnets, and Network Security Groups• Implement VPN and ExpressRoute connections• Configure Azure Backup and Site Recovery solutions• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for customer incidents• Maintain service documentation, testing, and quality management• Support 2nd level teams in handling complex technical issues
