We aim to empower individual investors, developers, and institutional partners, fostering investment confidence through integrity and informed support.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson based in Devanahalli Office. Responsibilities include prospecting and building relationships with new clients, showcasing property listings, negotiating sales agreements, and guiding clients through the property purchasing or selling process. The Real Estate Salesperson will also stay updated on current market trends and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of local property laws, investment opportunities, and infrastructure developments.QualificationsHolds a valid Real Estate License; knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property is essential.Proven Sales experience with a focus on building client relationships and meeting targets.Strong Customer Service skills to provide an exceptional client experience.Familiarity with the Bengaluru real estate market, particularly Devanahalli, is highly preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skillsAbility to work well independently and as part of a teamProficiency in using real estate CRM software and technology tools is a plus.Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
