The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building workflow automation solutions, SharePoint customizations, and migration projects from on-premises to cloud platforms.Primary ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain solutions using SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-PremiseBuild and customize applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)Develop automated workflows using Power Automate and Logic AppsDevelop custom components using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) with React and TypeScriptPerform SharePoint migration projects (On-Prem to SharePoint Online / Office 365)Work on SmartSheet migration and related integrationsDevelop and integrate solutions using JavaScript, HTML5, JSON, XML, REST APIs, CSOM, and SQLCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutionsTroubleshoot, debug, and optimize SharePoint and Power Platform solutionsAdditional ResponsibilitiesWork with workflow tools such as SharePoint Designer, Nintex, and K2Use migration tools like ShareGate or similar platformsSupport enterprise migration initiatives (e.g., Lotus Notes to Office 365)Implement solutions leveraging Azure, Azure Active Directory (AAD), Azure Search, and SharePoint SearchFollow Agile development methodologies and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectivesWork with TFS / Azure DevOps for version control and build managementCollaborate with global teams, especially US-based clientsMentor junior developers and provide technical guidanceBe flexible to travel based on business requirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications2–5 years of experience in SharePoint development and Microsoft Power PlatformStrong expertise in:SharePoint Online & On-PremisePower Apps & Power AutomateSPFx with React and TypeScriptProficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, REST APIs, JSON, XML, SQLExperience in SharePoint migration projectsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills
