Having good knowledge with experience in FEED and Detail Engineering. The position requires strong people management and leadership skills, with a focus on team coordination, talent development, and performance optimization. Experience in manpower and manhour estimation, resource allocation. Capable to provide support on technical aspects for the proper development of complex Oil & Gas projects.
