The Software Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting and software development for the company's Core Banking Platform and ancillary modules. The engineer should be able to work with customers to solve their problems and provide exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:Work as a Team Member and report to respective Team LeaderWork on respective Cases as per assigned by Team Leader in CRMMaintain Records of Cases attended and resolved.Talk with Customer and give Support of Software through Remote Connection ToolIf required, then meet with Team Leader for assigned Cases in CRMLearning of New Release and Enhancements of Software as and when requiredGuide to Customers for Various Options of Software through Remote Connection ToolPreference will be given to candidates having hands-on experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain, especially in Core Banking platforms.QualificationsStrong technical knowledge and experience in Software Support and TroubleshootingExperience in Software DevelopmentExcellent customer service skillsAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.Experience in the banking/financial industry is a plus.Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsBachelor's degree in computer science or related field.Join our team and contribute to a collaborative, innovative environment, where your ideas can truly make a difference.We look forward to receiving your application!!!
