Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly accomplished, solid technical person to be our hands-on Sr. Technical Architect for Trade Finance and Supply Chain products. This is a critical leadership role for an engineer who will drive technical excellence, maintain discipline, and ensure the architectural integrity of our next-generation systems.Key ResponsibilitiesHands-on Engineering: Act as a senior, hands-on engineering leader, contributing to high-level code, setting technical direction, and building scalable platforms.Design & Code Review: Be the key reviewer for technical designs and code across teams Bring discipline to the team from an engineering/technical perspective, standardizing best practices for clean code, and NFRs like performance, and reliability.Demonstrate the ability to triage and understand issues quickly, providing technical leadership during complex problem resolution and production incidents.Core Technologies: Deep, mandatory expertise in Core Java and microservices architecture.Experience with public or private cloud is added advantage for building cloud-native solutions.Deliver Engineering efficiencies by using AI tools and practices. Lead the team in defining and delivering AI driven capabilities in the products.QualificationsProven track record as a senior technology leader in the BFSI/FinTech domain.Mandatory expertise in Core Java and developing large-scale microservices platforms.Strong experience in architectural governance, design, and code review.Relevant domain knowledge in Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance or Transaction Banking is a plus.
