We are seeking a Technical Writer who can independently develop and manage mid-complexity documentation with minimal supervision for telecom solutions. You will be responsible for transforming moderately complex and often poorly structured technical information into clear, accurate, and usable documentation.The role requires strong English proficiency and proven ability collaborating with distributed teams and different stakeholders.Location: BengaluruWork Mode: Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days WFH)Work Location in Bengaluru: Mahadevapura, Outer Ring RoadJob DescriptionAs a Technical Writer, your responsibilities will include:Analysing source material that may be incomplete, inconsistently structured, or require clarificationsInteracting with developers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather missing informationDeveloping mid-complexity documentation units involving multiple sections, workflows, or dependenciesParticipating in content analysis and documentation planning activitiesSupporting illustrations and visuals by providing clear input or collaborating with illustratorsWorking effectively within virtual and cross-functional teamsFollowing defined documentation processes, tools, and style guidelinesProactively identifying documentation gaps and proposing improvement ideasManaging assigned tasks with limited supervision while meeting quality and timeline expectationsExperience2-3 years of experience in technical documentation or related content development rolesPrior exposure to telecom environments preferredProficiency in structured authoring; especially DITAExperience in working with CMS and JIRA.Experience working with mid-complexity documentation projects involving multiple stakeholdersStrong ability to interpret, restructure, and simplify technical informationProven ability to work with imperfect inputs and drive clarification discussionsSoft SkillsMostly self-driven; requires minimal micromanagementStrong collaboration skills with developers and technical teamsConfident in steering discussions and asking the right questionsProactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvementReliable, organised, and detail-orientedAleido AB, a global leader in product information and learning solutions.
