About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Process Engineer with strong mechanical and process engineering expertise in power plant systems. The role focuses on water‑steam cycle engineering, steam turbine auxiliary systems, equipment sizing, and process documentation. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience working across engineering design, vendor coordination, and site execution in power or energy projects.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform process and mechanical engineering activities for power plant water‑steam cycle systems.Develop HMBDs and prepare P&IDs for systems such as:Steam systemSteam turbine gland sealing systemLube oil and jacking oil systemsSeal oil systemFeedwater and condensate systemsVacuum systemSteam turbine drain systemGenerator cooling systemCarry out equipment sizing for:Feedwater pumpsCondensate extraction pumpsWater‑cooled and air‑cooled condensersControl valvesPiping line sizing and pressure drop calculationsPrepare technical specifications, conduct technical bid evaluations, and manage vendor drawing reviews.Develop Equipment General Arrangement (GA) drawings, Valve Lists, and Line Lists.Participate in design reviews and technical discussions with customers.Attend and support supplier acceptance tests (FAT) as required.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather engineering input.Apply international codes and standards in process design.Provide engineering support during erection and commissioning activities.Required Skills & ToolsStrong expertise in Power Plant Process Engineering and Water‑Steam Cycle systemsProficiency in AutoCADHands‑on experience with AVEVA Diagram and AVEVA EngineeringSolid understanding of international engineering codes and standardsExperience in P&ID development, equipment sizing, and vendor coordinationPreferred SkillsProven ability to work effectively in cross‑functional and virtual teamsStrong conflict management and problem‑solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in parallelCustomer‑facing experience in technical reviews and discussions
