This is an individual contributor role.THE RESPONSIBILTIES WE ENTRUST YOU WITHSound domain knowledge of merchant acquiring onboarding process- Ecommerce (Payment Gateway) and Point Of sales, Wallets - processed and Verified IndependentlyConfiguration and Management of Merchant Service Fee, Other Fees and DCC Charges.Processing of refunds on Behalf of merchants for e-commerce and Point of Sales.Processed All kind of merchant amendments (Updates)-Demographic, Financial and Non-Financial.Preparation and generating reports For Merchant Onboarding, Refunds and amendments.Liaise with Merchant Helpdesk team and resolve the queries at the earliestWHAT MATTERS IN THIS ROLEExperience & Portfolio:6-9 years in Merchant acquiring with experience in Onboarding, Pricing, Refunds, Amendments Handled Apple Pay, Samsung Pay configuration and Wallets ConfigurationSound domain knowledge of Configuration and Management of Merchant Service Fee, Other Fees and DCC ChargesShould be able to co-ordinate with network SPOC to manage daily BAU activities.Should be a good listener & eager to adopt new learning. Well versed in using MS Office tools like excel, word, e-mail etc. Good in written & verbal communicationShould be an excellent team player and contribute on process Improvements.
