Role Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled Ironclad Developer / Administrator to support and scale our contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform. This role will partner closely with Legal, Sales Ops, Finance, and IT to automate contract workflows, integrate Ironclad with core enterprise systems, and drive adoption of AI-powered legal tools.This is a hands-on role requiring deep Ironclad configuration expertise, strong integration skills (especially Salesforce), and the ability to work in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities:Configure, administer, and enhance Ironclad CLM, including workflows, templates, clauses, approvals, and permissions.Design and implement Ironclad integrations with Salesforce (mandatory) to support quote-to-contract and contract lifecycle processes.Partner with Legal Ops to optimize contract automation, reporting, and complianceSupport AI-enabled legal tools and workflows; experience with tools like IVO or Harvey is highly desirableTroubleshoot issues, manage releases, and coordinate with Ironclad support and internal stakeholdersDevelop documentation, best practices, and training for business usersSupport system governance, data integrity, and access controls across environments Required Qualifications4+ years of experience in CLM administration or development, with strong hands-on experience in IroncladProven experience building and supporting Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware, workflows) Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes (legal, sales, procurement)Experience with system integrations using REST APIs and/or iPaaS toolsAbility to translate legal and business requirements into scalable technical solutions Preferred / Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience integrating with NetSuite, ZIP, and/or JIRAExposure to AI-powered legal tools such as IVO, Harvey, or similar platformsSaaS or enterprise-scale environment experienceFamiliarity with quote-to-cash, order-to-cash, or procure-to-pay workflows
