The mortgage underwriter's responsibilities include analyzing and verifying loan applications, evaluating risks, and making loan eligibility decisions.Key Responsibilities:- Ensure adherence to U.S. mortgage regulations and underwriting guidelines- Reviewing and verifying loan applications and supporting documentation as per compliance andregulatory standards- Analyzing loan risk and requesting additional information as necessary.- Perform internal Quality check, providing floor support and feedback to team members- Preparing reports on assessment findings.- Maintaining service level standards- Assisting in new-hire trainingsQualifications- 3-4 years of experience in U.S. mortgage underwriting- Strong knowledge of U.S. mortgage regulations, guidelines, and underwriting processes- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities- Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsDocuments and things to Carry:Carry a print out your updated resume;Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).All original education documents need to be available for verification.
