Our design and operations teams support global markets—including major retail partners, Amazon brands, and multi-category product lines.About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Amazon Account Health & Compliance Specialist to manage and safeguard the performance and compliance of our Amazon accounts across Vendor and Seller Central (UK & EU marketplaces). This role is responsible for monitoring account health, resolving compliance issues, managing product-level and account-level risks, and ensuring all listings meet Amazon and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling Amazon compliance cases, reinstatements, and regulatory documentation.ResponsibilitiesAccount Health Management Monitor Amazon Account Health dashboards (Seller & Vendor) across UK & EUTrack key metrics including Order Defect Rate, Late Shipment Rate, Cancellation Rate and policy violationsProactively identify risks that could impact account performance or suspensionMaintain strong account health ratings at all timesCompliance & Policy Management Ensure all listings comply with Amazon policies and category-specific requirementsManage compliance for regulated products (e.g. toys, electronics, chemicals, etc.)Maintain and organise compliance documentation including:Test reportsDeclarations of ConformityMSDS / SDSCE / UKCA documentationCase Management & Escalations Handle and resolve Amazon cases related to: o Listing suppressions o Compliance violations o Product removals o Account warningsDraft and submit high-quality Plans of Action (POAs) for reinstatementsEscalate critical issues effectively within Amazon (Account Managers / AVS / Support)Listing & Product Compliance Review listings for compliance risks before launchWork closely with Buying and Product teams to ensure all new products meet Amazon and legal requirementsEnsure correct product categorisation, attributes, and safety information are in placeEU & Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance across EU and UK marketplaces (DE, FR, IT, ES)Stay up to date with EU and UK regulations including: o CE / UKCA o REACH / CLP o WEEE o Toy Safety RegulationsSupport documentation requirements for Pan-EU and cross-border sellingInternal Process & SOP Development Develop and maintain SOPs for compliance and account health managementImplement proactive checks to reduce future compliance issuesCross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Buying, Design, Packaging, and Operations teamsCoordinate compliance requirements during product development and sourcingSupport warehouse and logistics teams with labelling and documentation requirementsQualificationsMinimum 2–3 years’ experience in Amazon Account Health / Compliance / Seller Support roleStrong experience handling Amazon compliance cases and reinstatements (POAs)Experience with Vendor Central and/or Seller CentralKnowledge of Amazon policies and enforcement processesExperience managing compliance for EU marketplacesStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.Required SkillsExperience with regulated categories (toys, electronics, chemicals, FMCG)Understanding of Amazon systems such as: o Account Health dashboard o Compliance dashboard o Product Safety & Compliance requestsFamiliarity with documentation such as: o Test lab reports (e.g. Intertek, SGS) o MSDS / SDS o Declarations of Conformity Preferred SkillsHighly detail-oriented and process-drivenStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsCalm under pressure with ability to handle escalationsStrong written communication (especially for POAs and Amazon cases)Proactive mindset with focus on prevention.
