Greetings from Adecco!!!We are currently hiring for the position of “Senior AI/ML Engineer” for a leading product-based company.Position: Senior AI/ML Engineer (Only Immediate Joiners)Location: Bangalore (HAL)Experience: 4 – 7 YearsJob Type: Full Time (On Role) – Work from OfficeShift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Saturday & Sunday Off)Job Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML systems using classical ML, deep learning, and generative AI• Build and integrate ML models with CRM/ERP systems (SAP, Zoho, Salesforce)• Develop LLM-based applications, AI agents, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector database solutions• Design and implement Agentic AI systems with autonomous workflows and tool orchestration• Build NLP/OCR pipelines for extracting structured data from emails, calls, and documents• Architect scalable AI workflows using AWS, GCP, or Azure• Develop automation pipelines including RPA-based workflows• Deploy models using CI/CD pipelines and manage lifecycle (MLOps practices)• Ensure data security, compliance, and responsible AI implementation• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into AI solutions• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI roadmap developmentExperience Required:• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in ML/NLP solution development and deployment• Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas)• Experience with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, or LangChain• Hands-on experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma)• Experience in chatbot development, NLP tasks, and LLM fine-tuning• Exposure to OCR/NLP tools and data extraction pipelines• Experience with CI/CD and MLOps practices• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)• Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsNice to Have:• Experience with CRM/ERP integrations (SAP, Zoho, Salesforce)• Exposure to multiple cloud platforms• Knowledge of conversational AI tools like Rasa or Dialogflow• Experience with SSO integrations (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace)• Exposure to RPA tools like UiPath or Blue PrismQualification:Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fieldsInterested candidates can share their updated resume on in Word/PDF form, with Current salary details.
