Role OverviewWe are looking for a performance-driven SEO Specialist who will take end-to-end ownership of organic growth. This is an Individual Contributor role where you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SEO strategies to improve search rankings, traffic, and conversions.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities aligned with business goalsPlan and execute on-page SEO strategies, including website titles, meta descriptions, keyword optimization, and internal linkingPerform technical SEO activities such as site audits, crawl error resolution, sitemap submission and maintenance, and site speed optimizationConduct regular website health checks to identify and resolve errorsManage off-page SEO initiatives, including link building, outreach, and sharing content across social platformsMaintain and update business listings on Google platforms and other third-party directories (local SEO)Monitor website performance daily using tools such as Google Analytics and Search ConsoleCollaborate with content, product, and tech teams to implement SEO insights effectivelyTrack keyword rankings, traffic, and conversions; generate performance reportsStay updated on search engine algorithm changes and industry best practicesExperience & Skills:3 - 5 years of hands-on SEO experienceProven track record of improving organic rankings, website traffic, and conversionsStrong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEOProficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs)Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structureAnalytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
